Street Law Programs
Street Law, Inc., is a national initiative associated with the Association of Corporate Counsel. Street Law provides practical, hands on education about law, democracy, and philosophy. Street Law began in 1972 as an experimental curriculum designed to teach high school students the practical aspects of the law and the legal system.
If your corporation or law firm wants to start a Street Law program in your area, please contact the Street Law Program Director, Megan Hanson. Street Law will work with the local school system to find an appropriate school and will provide training for the attorneys wanting to start a new program.
